WATS development started in May 2009 on WordPress 2.7. More than 50 releases with many new features have been delivered since June 2009. Today, WATS is actively used by hundred of sites such as IT companies who are using it to manage their customer relationship.
My name is Olivier, I am 33 years old and I live in Paris, France. After a master degree in information technology, I have been working for 10 years in multiple customer support positions in global IT companies. Therefore, I have a wide experience on ticketing system use. This allowed me to design WATS with the most essential features for an helpdesk solution while keeping it simple to implement.
